​Partner A: Performs max reps Box Step-overs

​Partner B: Holds a Wall Sit

(Reps only count while Partner B is in a parallel Wall Sit. Switch as needed).

​70 Power Clean (50/35 kg)

​Partner A: Performs max reps Clean

​Partner B: Holds a Plank (on forearms)

(Reps only count while Partner B is holding a Plank. Switch as needed).
